We came on a Thursday. Party of 10. Wait time was about 10 minutes. We got their famous Licuados (banana & chocolate, strawberry and banana, strawberry, and platano and strawberry) they were so good. Not to sweet. Their mazapan pancakes were great too. They had the perfect sweetness. Steak n eggs were okay. Nothing over the top but I'll definitely have to come back to try more.
Wow, this place has delicious flavorful brunch items!! We got the mahi mahi ceviche appetizer to share with avocados on top and also got the smoke brisket benedict to share wirh avocados on top as well. Both were excellent in flavor and taste. Don't forget to ask for pico de gallo salsa to bite with each brisket benedict. And their café de la olla is the coffee to get here. We couldn't stop sipping it. It has the perfect temperature, sweetness and balance!! I don't know why and how they got a "B", but in my opinion, this is a highly rated "A" popular restaurant!! I highly recommend this place for breakfast. Our server, Saleem M was nice, but slow, tried to get everything we've asked but it took her a long time, like asking 4x for a box, a check and refill, but at the end, she met our needs. This place is no longer called Vaca, it's Pradera now. Patio dining was perfect with lot of sunbrellas. Try them out!!
First time visiting this place, and even though I was by myself and they were busy because of Father's Day, service was great. Very friendly and attentive, boss was even walking around checking on all tables. Food was delicious and prepared to perfectly. I had the Smoked brisket Benedict ,it was fantastic. Even on my pickiest day, I would not be able to find any issues. Its been a while since eating in a place that impressed on every level. I will definitely be back again.
